When will my order arrive?

Our candles are lovingly hand poured to order, so please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and a further 1-5 days for delivery - see available options at checkout. 

Due to us being a small family run business our turnaround time can go up to 10 working days during our busy periods. 

 Why is my wax smoking? 

After the first burn we advice you to trim your wick and ensure that your candle is free of any dust and dirt before lighting again. Following these steps should prevent any black smoke. 

Why is my candle tunnelling? 

Tunelling is easily avoidable! You just have to ensure that the first burn of your candle is 2-4 hours, this will allow the melt pool to reach the edge of the vessel and guarantees that not a gram of that luxurious scented wax is wasted!

Are your products designer? 

Absolutely not! Our fragrance oils may smell similar to the high end designer perfumes/aftershave but in no way are Amour Candle Co. affiliated with any designer company. 

Is your candle vegan & eco-friendly?

We have made sure that any of the wax, glitter decorations and fragrances used in our products are vegan, cruelty free and eco-friendly - because we care about the environment just as much as you!

We only use soy wax in our candles and wax melts, as it is natural, biodegradable and lasts twice as long compared to paraffin wax candles. Our fragrances are cruelty-free and our glitters are biodegradable.
