Refund policy

We hope you love your order but if you have any issues with your product please email info@amourcandleco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing us with your order number, contact details and the description of the issue. Please note any issues raised after the 7 days will not be valid for a refund.

Non-returnable items 

Our candles cannot be returned as they are custom made and personalised to your specification. Please do get in touch if you have any queries regarding your order. 

Damaged Items

Here at Amour Candle Co. we inspect all of our items before we ship them. If your item is damaged you may need to provide photographic evidence. We will look at the severity of the damage before making a decision. If we feel the item is still in a good condition then we will not offer a return. If we find that the product is damaged then we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received your return and will automatically process a refund to your original payment method.
